These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "these Terms", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Member", "User", "Player", or "You") and Oasis88 (hereinafter referred to as "Oasis88", "we", "us", or "the Company") in connection with your access to and use of the Oasis88 website located at https://oasis88.cam, including all associated subdomains, applications, services, features, content, and tools offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, placing any wager, or using any service provided by Oasis88, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of the most current version of these Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the individual member account registered by a User on the Platform, uniquely identified by a username and password.
• "Balance" means the total sum of real-money funds held within a Member's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, bonus amounts, free bet allocations, or incentive rewards credited to a Member's Account pursuant to a promotional offer.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of real-money funds from a Member's chosen payment method into their Oasis88 Account.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum number of times a bonus amount or deposit must be wagered before any associated funds may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by Oasis88 to confirm a Member's identity, age, and payment method ownership.
• "Platform" means the Oasis88 website, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated gaming and betting services available at https://oasis88.cam.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, state, or territory in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law and where Oasis88 does not hold the necessary regulatory permissions to offer its services.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from a Member's Account balance to a verified payment method registered in the Member's name.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on Oasis88, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, partnerships, trusts, and other legal structures are not permitted to register as Members.
• You must not be a resident of any Prohibited Jurisdiction in which accessing online gambling services is unlawful under applicable national, state, or local law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of Oasis88 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or technology suppliers.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account restriction imposed by Oasis88 or any other regulated gambling operator.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.

Oasis88 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming eligibility at any time, including but not limited to: government-issued photo identification, proof of address dated within the last three months, and confirmation of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

Each eligible individual may register one single Account on the Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, cancellation of all pending transactions, and forfeiture of any accumulated balances.

Oasis88 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods specifically selected to serve the Malaysian market, including: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Bitcoin (BTC), and USDT. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

Oasis88 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Members, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, referral bonuses, and VIP tier rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of offer, in addition to the general provisions set out in this Section.

• Bonus funds are credited to a Member's Account upon fulfilment of the stated qualifying conditions (e.g., minimum deposit amount, use of qualifying payment method).
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in each offer's terms.
• Not all game types contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live sports bets, slots, and live dealer games may carry different contribution percentages. Full contribution tables are available in each promotion's specific terms.
• Oasis88 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that obligations already incurred under an active promotion shall continue to be honoured.
• Members found to be exploiting promotional offers through irregular betting patterns — including but not limited to low-risk arbitrage strategies, bonus abuse, or collusive play — may have their bonus balances voided and their accounts reviewed.
• Bonus funds and real-money balances are held separately. Real-money funds may be withdrawn at any time, subject to wagering requirements on any associated bonuses unless the Member elects to forfeit the bonus.

All bets and gaming activity on Oasis88 are governed by the specific rules of each game or sporting market, in addition to the general provisions set out herein. By placing a wager, the Member accepts the applicable game rules in full.

• Bets are final and binding once confirmed. Oasis88 does not permit the cancellation of confirmed bets except where an event is cancelled, postponed, or declared void in accordance with the applicable betting rules for that market.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round or sporting event, Oasis88 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the wagered amount to the Member's Account.
• Oasis88 reserves the right to limit or decline any wager from any Member at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where unusual betting activity is detected.
• All game outcomes on the Oasis88 platform are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Published RTP (Return to Player) figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Live sports betting markets, including Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, EPL matches, and UFC events, are subject to the specific terms of the relevant betting market and applicable event rules.
• Oasis88 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where a clear pricing error has occurred, where the outcome was known at the time of placing the bet, or where the integrity of the event is in question.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Oasis88 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all pending transactions, and forfeiture of all balances where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or at any point during membership.
• Using or attempting to use any software, bot, script, algorithm, artificial intelligence tool, or automated system to interact with the Platform in any manner not expressly authorised.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity with other Members or third parties.
• Attempting to launder money or process funds through the Platform in contravention of applicable anti-money laundering laws.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to Oasis88 support immediately.
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment reversals, or any form of payment fraud in connection with Account deposits.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction while knowingly misrepresenting your location of access.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing Oasis88 staff or other Members through any communication channel.

All content on the Oasis88 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software code, interface design, trademarks, trade names, service marks, and all other intellectual property — is the exclusive property of Oasis88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not confer any right to: copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the express prior written consent of Oasis88.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content shall constitute an infringement of Oasis88's intellectual property rights and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Oasis88 and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform or any of its services;
• Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in Platform content;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate password security;
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services due to technical failures, maintenance, or events beyond Oasis88's reasonable control (including force majeure events);
• Any outcome of any game, bet, or wagering activity conducted on the Platform;
• Delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals attributable to third-party payment providers, including DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, or any e-wallet provider.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude Oasis88's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Oasis88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Member Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to complete satisfactory KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Evidence of fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 8;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from a Member's payment provider;
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime;
• A Member's voluntary self-exclusion request submitted through the Platform or support channels.

A Member may close their own Account at any time by contacting Oasis88 support via Live Chat. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance — net of any outstanding bonus obligations — will be refunded to the Member's verified withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Where an Account is terminated by Oasis88 due to breach of these Terms, any balance attributable to bonus abuse, prohibited conduct, or fraudulent activity may be forfeited in full.

Oasis88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes that affect Members' rights with respect to their account balance or withdrawal conditions — Oasis88 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via email to the registered address on the Member's Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account prior to the effective date.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Oasis88 holds its operating licence.

Oasis88 will acknowledge all formal complaints within five (5) business days and endeavour to resolve disputes within thirty (30) calendar days.

Oasis88's system logs, transaction records, and game server data shall constitute the authoritative record in the event of any factual dispute regarding gameplay outcomes, transaction amounts, or Account activity. Members may request a copy of their Account transaction history at any time through the support team.
